Danny B. Harvey produced the CD as well as playing guitar on it. Clem Burke is the drummer, Razor X plays bass and Don Randi plays the piano. |

![]() Danny B. went up to San Francisco on October 22th to perform with BOW WOW WOW! They were great as always and Danny B. did fantastic with them. Danny B. adn Leigh Gorman are old mates and this isn't the first time Danny and Leigh have tried to work together. Danny played guitar on a Bow Wow Wow track back in 1998 on their comeback CD released by Cleopatra. |

The studio sessions with Wanda Jackson have been going great. Wanda is singing as great as always and along with drummer Clem Burke, and Bassist Jonny Bowler, Producer/Guitarist Danny B. has had his hands full trying to keep up with her raucous rockabilly style.

DANNY B. HARVEY was in the studio this week with world's greatest Drummer CLEM BURKE of BLONDIE and GAUNA BATZ bassist JONNY BOWLER. They were recording the rhythm tracks for WANDA JACKSON's upcoming CD. Danny is not only playing guitar and keyboards on the CD but is also producing it! Principle recording was done at GILBY CLARKE 's studio in Los Angeles, where GILBY will also be adding his guitar talents later this month. Wanda will be in Los Angeles late June to record her vocals.

RAUCOUS RECORDS in England has released two LEVI DEXTER & THE RIPCHORDS CDs. The first one VICTIMS of KOOL is the first complete collection of the Ripchords studio recordings. The second TEAR IT UP is a rare live show from Winchester England December 1980. These two recordings prove The Ripchords were one of the better, if not the best, Rockabilly Bands of that era.

Danny's long awaited solo CD is released by RAUCOUS RECORDS in the UK. A great collection of guitar instrumentals. Blues, Rockabilly, Jazz and Country styles all blended together to show off Danny's unique, and fascinating, hybrid finger-picking style.

The Bettie Page movie made by Nico B. has been released on DVD. Danny supplied about forty-five minutes of instrumental guitar music to play under the recreations of Bettie's Irving Klaw dance sequences. Chris Stein wrote the performed the Title track.

Cleopatra has released a new CD of ELVIS recordings featuring members of the Stray Cats, Slim Jim Phantom, Lee Rocker along with Danny B. Harvey. Elvis' vocal tracks from original Hayride live recording were extracted and new, and sometimes much different backing tracks were added.

Danny B. provided his world famous telecaster sounds onstage with the amazing and extremely cool Nancy Sinatra at The Seattle Bumbershoot Festival this past weekend . Nancy Sinatra has to be the coolest girl rock singer of all time!
Being asked to play a guitar solo during "These Boots Are Make For Walking" has to be one of the greatest musicial experencies of Danny's life. Cleopatra has released a CD compilation of various Cat Bands. The Stray Cats, Polecats, 13 Cats and Swing Cats. High-points of the CD are, an instrumental Duet with Danny B. and Johnny Ramone - Finally a USA release of Make That Move (a longer unrealized version no less).

BETTIE PAGE: DARK ANGEL premieres at the San Francisco Independent Film Festival. Danny composed and performed instrumental guitar music for the dance sequences in this Cult Epics film directed by Nico B. as well as the closing credits. Danny B., Lemmy and Slim Jim got together Tuesday night at the Cat Club to do a live show and a video shoot. They performed songs from their CD Lemmy, Slim Jim & Danny B. of a few years ago and other rockabilly, blues and rock'n'roll gems. If you weren't on of the lucky few to catch the show it will be released on DVD in the near future.
